Starsky Goes Home  After more than 2 years living at the shelter, Starsky went to his forever home. This big loveable lug finally became someone’s valentine. Starsky has many friends at the shelter who love him, but one of his best buds is cat cuddling volunteer Charlotte Emmel. Staff tried desperately to reach her on the Sunday he was adopted, but she could not be reached. On Monday when she arrived at the shelter to volunteer the cat staff greeted her with the news, and flowers to cushion the blow. “Who will I eat my lunch with?” she asked through happy/sad tears. We love you Starsky, happy life! |
